Symphony Data merges with Atlanta outsourcing company

Madison-based Symphony Data Corp. has merged with STI Knowledge, an Atlanta-based provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services. Symphony Data is a BPO company with offices in Norristown, Pennsylvania; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Hyderabad, India. Symphony Data was spun off from its parent Symphony Corp.

Symphony Data is a provider of healthcare administrative and BPO services, with a particular expertise in the provider, payors and insurance industries.

"We are extremely pleased to be a part of STI," said Ravi K. Kalla, CEO of Symphony Data. "We have a strong business synergy that will help us combine our capabilities to deliver the highest level of benefits to our clients, and to help us meet growing demand for BPO services."
