At Berbee, president replaces founder as CEO

Madison, Wis. — Berbee Information Networks Corporation has rearranged its top management: founder Jim Berbee is stepping back from his post as CEO, remaining chairman, and former company president Paul Shain is the new CEO.

The former vice president of sales, Gregory Sliwicki, has been named the new president.

Berbee is a privately held IT company with about 630 employees after the recent acquisition of a 16-person Appleton consulting firm. Berbee provides consulting services, infrastrucutre and managed data centers. Company officials say revenues will be about $300 million in 2005.
