GE Healthcare names new CEO

Milwaukee, Wis. — GE Healthcare Technologies in Waukesha has a new CEO from within its upper ranks, while former chief executive Reinoldo Garcia will be moving on to be CEO of GE Healthcare International in France.

Mark Vachon, who was executive vice president and CFO for the Waukesha division, will be the new CEO. He has held many roles with the company, including investor relations for GE and CFO of NBC, a subsidiary.

GE Healthcare is a far-flung company based in the U.K. It makes medical imaging technology at its Waukesha headquarters, GE Healthcare Technologies, and its Milwaukee location, GE Healthcare Information Technologies.
