Berbee wins IBM partner award

Madison, Wis. — Berbee Information Networks Corp. caught IBM's attention with a government web portal for the city of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, that allowed residents to conduct business with the city online and used IBM's iSeries technology.
IBM gave the Madison company its annual "Best IBM iSeries On Demand Solution” award. The system allows processors to be turned on during peak periods to provide more capacity.
This year, IBM selected winning partners in 36 categories out of 862 nominations. Judges were industry journalists, analysts, and IBM executives.
