Voice-changing software could make you a troll online

Middleton, WI — Screaming Bee LLC, a local company that makes voice software, has released a voice-changing program that gamers could use to better slip into their characters' roles in computer games or chat.
"Gamers can now change their voice to sound like a troll, giant, dwarf or dark lord," said Mark Ramirez, CEO of Screaming Bee, in a press release.
The company's MorphVox software is made to be used with existing chat programs or games that enable voice chat, an increasingly popular feature with the rise of broadband connections that can handle both game data and voice connections, and fast-paced games where not having to type can lend a player an edge.
