Tushaus Computer acquires managed service business

Milwaukee, Wis. - In its second acquisition of the past two months, Tushaus Computer Services has acquired the Green Bay operations of Bedrock Managed Services & Consulting.

The transaction will enable Tushaus Computer, a Milwaukee-based provider of information technology services, to establish a physical presence in the Green Bay market. The company said it will maintain Bedrock's Green Bay office and retain personnel from Bedrock.

They include Ed Luck, co-founder of Bedrock, who will become the technical services manager for Tushaus offices in Oshkosh and Green Bay. Bedrock, founded in 2004, has spent more than $1 million on research and development for its managed service offerings.

Gregg Tushaus, CEO of Tushaus Computer Services, said the company is trying to grow at a manageable pace. To support its existing Apple business, Tushaus acquired Third Millennium Design in December of 2006.
