The late management guru and 20th Century business icon Peter Drucker said of Tom's writing, "It makes you question not only the way you run your business, but the way you run yourself."

Koulopoulos argues that public and private organizations must move behind the "hype" of innovation and apply proven techniques and processes if we are serious about taking the lead in innovation and reinvigorating the Wisconsin marketplace and U.S. economy. "We need to stop singing innovation kumbaya and start delving into the practice and science of innovation," said Koulopoulos.

What is the Innovation Master Class?

It's a one-day workshop that will teach the latest methods and tools for creating world-class innovation skills. This session will build competencies and capabilities in innovation, with a proven set of tools and individualized analysis that has been deployed in many of the world's largest organizations. The workshop will go far beyond the high level rah-rah of most innovation classes to deliver hard-core detail on how these organizations achieved radical improvements in their innovation.
