Technology M&A's tipping point

The technology M&A marketplace is set for a rebound, driven by a convergence of higher stock prices and a willingness among buyers to "loosen the purse strings" after months of cash conservation. So says Jeff Bistrong, managing director with the middle-market-focused investment bank Harris Williams & Co. In this edition of Inside The Deal, Bistrong says the result is an increase in stock deals and transformational acquisitions.
