SecurePipe and META Security Group join forces to provide regulation-compliant managed security

Madison-based SecurePipe, Inc., a provider of managed-security systems, announced March 23 a strategic alliance with META Security Group to deliver combined security services that meet the requirements of the GLBA and HIPAA regulations for financial and medical institutions.

The move will integrate SecurePipe's managed network security services, which include firewalls, intrusion detection systems, e-mail management and virtual private networks, with META's regulatory compliance assessments and "Command Center," an online security management tool.

"What META has done is put together a very comprehensive regulatory compliance package that we are going to provide to our clients," SecurePipe CEO Art Roldan said.
